If I erase all content and settings can it harm my iPhone ?
I have an issue with seeing my usage go up so I've performed this reset multiple times but I've been wondering if I continue to do do can I damage my phone ?

Erase All Content & settings does not damage your iPhone. It simply erases all of your info and makes it like new. You can do this as many times as you need.
