not being able to recieve phone calls

Ive been having family and friends trying to call me, but its not ringing on my end. They all say that it rings twice and goes straight to voice mail. Ive compeletely reset my phone and everything. Im still having the same problem. Ive also noticed that Im not recieveing text messages right away either.
