Since my ipad updated pages yesterday to version 2.2 I cannot pull up the virtual keyboard in a pages document. I get all kinds of rulers and font settings etc. but cannot get a keyboard to come up to do anything. What has happened and how can I fix this?

Try a reset by holding the power and home buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears (ignore the red slider).
Did the reset and it did not change a thing, still no keyboard.
You could try another type of reset: Settings > General > Reset All Settings. This will reset all your settings to their defaults without losing data.
If that doesn't work back up your iPad, delete the app and reinstall.
If you are using iCloud and have enabled Documents & Data your data should also be saved in iCloud.com
Tried all the resets and none worked. Finally did the uninstall of Pages and then reinstalled and also reinstalled the update and now all is working with a keyboard included. Thanks much.
