Q: how to change rescue email and security questions if both were forgotten

Hello Everyone,

 

I was purchasing an app in the apple store using an App store prepaid card given by a friend and it ask me for my security question to verify my identity, I forgotten both my security question answers and rescue email. Can anybody advice me on how to reset or change both my rescue email and security questions?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.


    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
