I can't reject an incoming call with text message when my iPhone 5s is locked. When somebody calls me, I just see the reminder button but I don't see the message button above the slide bar. When my iPhone is unlocked and I get a call I can see it. I just don't see the message button when my phone is locked.
(iPhone 5s with iOS 7.1)
Please help me to solve this problem.
Try the following: Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and then scroll down to the "ALLOW ACCESS WHEN LOCKED" section and turn "Reply with Message" On
