Q: Apple iTunes Support a must to recommend

Hi all,

 

I have been an Apple fan for the past 5 years with my whole house being an Apple environment. I have 2 macs, an iphone, apple tv, an ipad and my sons each have an iphone and also each have their own ipad, so we are pretty set on the Apple "lifestile".

 

 

Not sure what type of support you guys get, but i need to somehow acknowledge the support and assistance i received from Apple iTunes support staff, in perticular Clarrissa and Daniel!

 

Somehow on my iTunes account, the bill was created of over $ 2000. I believe it could have been an error on the app side, but for whatever reason there was an issue. a huge issue.

 

 

Apple Itunes support assisted me within an hour of me lodging the complaints and they where EXTREMELY helpfull.

 

 

I swear, i have never received such prompt, helpfull and effective assistance from anyone! I hope they get some kind of reckognition.
