ICHANGED MY APPLE ID AND PASSWORD BUT i CLOUD STILL HAS OLD EMAIL HOW CAN i CAHNGE THAT?

I have changed my Apple Id and password. That was successful.

When I go into the App store to do a transaction the old wmail is showing i can't get it to go away on that prompt. Also the I-cloud is the old email also.

I have gone into settings and made sure the new Apple id is recognized there and it is..

What does someone recommend me to do ?

iPad, iOS 7.1
