BACKUP PROBLEM HELP

my iphone touchscreen was unresponsive and my top button is broken, so the only way to restore my iphone was via icloud as i had to disable 'find my iphone' after i did this i went to restore my iphone only it is saying i have never backed up my iphone even though i backed it up before i restored it back to factory settings.. does anyone know why this is/ know how to fix this?

i have checked the iphone back up folder on my computer as well and nothing it is saying the last time i backed up my iphone was in may 2013 when i had a different iphone..

help!
