Cracked screen and phone does not work anymore

Today I was about to sit down at my office when I turned to get something out of my back pack causing my phone to fall out of my pocket. I thought I closed my pocket but clearly not. The phone fell from roughly 2 and a half feet. When I picked up my phone, the top right corner of my front screen was cracked. I tried turning it on with both my lock button and my home button but none of them work. When I press the lock button all I can see are very faded blue lines. What should I do and what can I do? I've had this phone for a bit over a year and a half. Help!!!
