I run Quickbooks in my desktop (mac) at home and want to access it while I'm away from my Macbook... Will Apple remote Desktop 3 enable me to do this?

Yes but the effort required in doing this is far more than if you simply installed Quickbooks on your MacBook.
Thanks for your relpy.... i thought about that.... are you then able to transfer the work done on the macbook to the desktop to remain upto date?
Work with and store the documents on DropBox or something similar. It's free for DropBox. All you need after that is access to the internet and regardless of where you are and what you're using you have access to your documents.
