Why I cannot see an app in my purchased apps?

I purchased LIVECAMS PRO and installed in my iPhone and iPad, now I changed my iPhone to a new one and I cannot find this app in my purchased apps.

If I try dowlonding the app again, it wants to charge me again.


Is there a solution for that?

Sure you're using the SAME Apple Id you used to originally purchase this app? If so, is it still available in the app store?

Actually, the app is there, and it asks to PAY AGAIN, that was the issue, but I have just solved the problem using your first advice, as I tried a few times with different names in my account.


For example, you told me to use the same ID...


I have a ONE account, but sometimes I sign in as xxx@me.com and sometimes I sign in as xxx@yahoo.com and sometimes I sign in as xxx@icloud.com and that made all the difference, as I tried them all and finally with xxx@me.com worked and gave me the opportunity to download again.
