Mavericks Crashing Apps, Safari, Mail, Adobe CC

Have purchased a brand-new late-2013 MacBook Pro, most apps keep crashing multiple times a day. Commonly Safari, and Mail.

Haven't once been able to run Adobe CC on this new computer.

Is this an issue with Mavericks? Never suffered an issue such as this with my 2008 MacBook Pro running 10.8.

I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe CC without any luck.

Was purchased directly from Apple.com

I understand that the compatibility is there. However I am experiencing crashes, so often I haven't completed one document or edit with my Adobe CC. Is this a Mavericks issue? Are there others with these expriences? Possible solution?

I completely stepped through the processes described here for removing and reinstalling Adobe CC:
