record enable light flashes and does not turn red

The blinking red Record Enable button appears only on Audio Tracks when doing Multitrack recording. It is just a signal to tell you which Track will switch into recording once you hit the Record Button. Once you hit the Record Button, the blinking buttons turns to steady red button. Once you stop recording, the button start blinking again.

THe behavior on MIDI Tracks is different regarding the Record Enable Button.
