Q: Payment

I'd complete fill my visa credit card information on payment. But, when i purchase cash from game,its appear your purchase could not be completed.For assistance, contact iTunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. How could this solve ?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1
