You can't.  There's no way around activation lock.  If you don't know your ID, you can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625.  Then you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617.  Of course, you can only do this if it's your ID.
