Alternatively, log onto your email provider's main system, access your email that way, and use whatever mass delete function that is available through them on their site.

Sep 24, 2015 6:47 AM in response to armksgby jewelrygurl,There isn't a delete all function but actually if you mark all messages in your inbox as read you can move them to any folder you like including the trash I had this same issue when I got my new iPad I ended up with 7000 messages in my inbox so I refused to believe there wasn't a way to get rid of then all at once lol after messing around I came up with that.
