I recently updated my Apple ID and password. My MacBook Pro is now prompting me to: "Enter your password to continue using iCloud," but it's showing the wrong username since I recently updated it. There's no option to update the username anywhere. I've tried entering my old password and the new one, no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Click 'Sign out' and then sign back in with the new ID.
You've included the ID address in the image, and though this isn't as dodgy as including it as text it's not a good idea and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.

Oh gosh, thank you! So the reason I didn't do that before is because it says my contacts and calender items will be deleted if I sign out. Will they come back once I sign in again? I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't lose everything!

Yes, they will return (give them time) when you sign back in. If you are offered the option on signing out to save your data to your Mac don't take it or you will have duplicates.
