I have no facetime on ipod touch 5 64Gb, it is not in settings, in restrictions, in contacts, in general, anywhere isn't present, except the notification center. Doesn't react on call. I've imac ipad iphone, and everywhere facetime is working, except ipod. Time is correct! help me plz! ) maybe i miss something!)

Model no MD721AB/A is an iPod officially sold in Bahrain, a country that prohibits FT. There is no way to get it on that iPod.

Were all the other devices purchased from the same region/country?

The linked Apple article shows Bahrain as allowing FaceTime, with Saudi Arabia and UAE as banning FaceTime.
