Can't receive email on 10.9.2 in Mail -- security problem
My wife told me today here MBA 10.9.2 was not receiving any messages in Mail -- me/mac/icloud.com. Restarted, rebooted router, etc. -- no help. Went to the iCloud website and it said her account had a security problem. Tried to reset password, but Apple of course sent the message to an account that couldn't receive messages. Tried the secret questions route -- female cat's name. That worked, inserted original password and all is okay again.
Not the first time this has happened to her account. If I hadn't been there, she would never have gotten it wotrking again.
What locked her out????
Should not have happened,
