I am trying to download a movie but it says purchase cannot be completed. I have checked to make sure that my credit card information and password are correct. Please advise.
Im trying to start downloading a movie but Apple TV is only saying that it cannot complete. I have double checked my credit card info to be sure that it is updated but to no avail.
