i just need help hooking up my printer and confuguring it. i just bought my first apple and do not know this info. can someone just call and assist me?

You really shouldn't post your phone number or any other personal information on a public website unless you like to receive lots of unsolicited phone calls having absolutely nothing to do with your computer problem.
Did you follow the Quick-start guide that came with the Printer?
Normally you would just connect the USB cable to the printer and Mac, then turn on the Printer.
In the Print & Scan System Preferences, Click the Add ( + ) button and select your printer from the list. and click the Add button.

This is my first apple-did not know my number was going all over the place. I am going to do this tomorrow about noon as it is my bed tome and I am really tired. if I have problems I will get back on. Thank you so much. I am just adjusting from a pc to my great apple.
