Problem Deleting Users

I am the Administrator and I have both a Guest User and a temp user, one of which I want to delete. The lock is unlocked but I can't highlight the "Temp". It has a check mark and Admin assigned.

Also I have other users with Standard profiles and I can't highlight them either.

Suggestions?
