Hello and I have the iPod touch 5th generation and

My ipod won't let me FaceTime and something pops up after it says unavailable and the pop up says "check the number you called" and so I deleted all my contacts because it pops up for everyone I try to FaceTime and added them back and tried again and it still says "CHECK THE # you called. Please respond
