I want to publish a Photography book about Beijing. Black and White photos.

1.What size my files should be?

2.Nudes are accepted by Apple?

3.Tax wise: I'm an UK resident and would like my book to be sold worldwide. Should I pay my tax just in the UK or i every country where it might be sold?
