After installing AJA and Red Rocket to Echo III thunderbolt 2 am getting Audio drops any Solution

Hi Every one i got the new Mac Pro 2 days ago and i attached to it the Sonnet Echo III and installed in it the AJA Kona 3G and the Red Rocket but i cant play any video without audio drops and i cant hear the audio its like woshing and every time i sart any video you can feel there is a drop in the audio.
