Why doesn't iPhoto recognize my MobileMe password?

In iPhoto I can do things like open my Photostream. But when I click on my MobileMe account under "Web" on the control tab, it asks me for my password and it says it isn't recognized. But I can use that password to log into iCloud everywhere else. Am I missing something? Is this preventing me from accessing shared iPhoto albums?
