Versions of iPhoto and of the OS? What exactly are you tryinng to do and what is the exact error message? In the iPhoto preferences make sure that you have select the print products country for your location

I am having the same problem ordering a book from iphoto again, I have ordered one before with no problems but i am no longer able to.

I have a Mac OS X 10.6.8

Iphoto 11 9.2.3

My print location is set to the correct Country and i keep getting the following message after clicking buy book

An error occurred while contacting the Apple Online Store. Please try again.

Please can you help

Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.

if it still is not working boot into safe mode, preview again (fonts might change) and try to order again

Thank you for your advise I have completed all the things you have suggested but i am still unable to order book as the same message still comes up.

Is there any other way of getting around this problem

In the iPhoto advanced preferences verify that the print products country is set correctly

A couple of possible fixes:

Go to the System/Sharing preference pane and make sure Remote Apple Events is checked.

1. Quit iPhoto.
2. From the Finder menu bar, choose Go > Utilities to access your Utilities folder (or press Shift-Command-U).
3. In your Utilities folder, open Keychain Access.
4. Find the "NetServices" entry in your Keychain Access window.
5. Select the "NetServices" entry and press the delete key.
6. Reopen iPhoto and attempt to place your order again.
7. You should be prompted to enter your account information if you deleted the Keychain entry successfully.
8. After entering your account information, you should be able to complete your order.
