I am trying to update my software. It tells me it cannot upgrade because of the amount of storage that I have. I upgraded my storage and now I have plenty of space for the upgrade . It is still giving me the same message. How can I get my iPad to update?

I am trying to update my software. It tells me it cannot upgrade because of the amount of storage that I have. I upgraded my storage and now I have plenty of space for the upgrade . It is still giving me the same message. How can I get my iPad to update?

My iPad 2 software will not update. It tells me that I need more storage. I have purchased more storage and I still get the same message. Can some one please help?

If you've purchased extra iCloud space then that gives you extra storage for your backups. How much space do you have on your actual iPad : Settings > General > About > Available, and what iOS version do you currently have on your iPad ?
