i have purchased a tv series from itunes and 2 of the episodes are still downloading after 1 week. what do I do?

it took too many steps to reach this point! i click to buy a TV episode, it asks if i want to watch it now...yes, download now...yes...and you're saying it takes an hour plus to do this? just tell me from the get go...watching it now means...pretty much now...if download time varies, please let me know and i'll plan accordingly...

my episode from Friday isn't appearing either

is there a step missing re buying it?
