Go to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312?viewlocale=en_US and follow the guidance to get the email sent.

I already have an alternative email, but how can i ask to send the email to my rescue email?

If all else seems to not work, contact the Apple ID support folks at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 and they can send a rescue email or make the changes for you.
