I ask for Apple support, got an email to tab the " IOS diagnostic" button, but seems no response/nothing happen
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1

I have been trying for more than 20 times, but failed/ still no response when I hit the button.
perhaps is it because my Iphone sim card is not supported (?)
In fact the case I would like to solve is : "sim card is not supported" no service.at the left hand corner oh my Iphone.
Do it again. It should be fairly instantaneous.

That's possible. In that case you'll have to speak to Apple Support using either another phone or a computer via chat.
