My IPAD 4th Generation showing Display problem especially when i attach Smart Cover MAGNETIC stick display showing ZigZag colors and unable to operate & after removing its ok but sometimes in sleep mode also facing same problem. PLZ GUIDE.

It looks like you are getting this graphical issue after using the Smart Cover. I recommend starting by resetting your device:
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
From: Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
If it persists, I would next backup your device to iTunes with this article:

And restore it with this article to delete the previous installation of iOS 7 and install a fresh copy with the following article to determine if this is a software issue:

Thanks for reply, I did restoration but the issue was not resolved. I contact the Apple store from where I purchase my IPAD they suggest me to swap with newone as it is a hardware problem and ask me to pay nearabout Rs.22000/- for the same model.
And can I choose another model (128gb instead of 64gb) while swaping.

it's hard to repair this problem .. i think it is better for you to get a new one .. such as ipad Air .. it is perfect you must try it.
