I purchased some songs from iTunes, and have been trying for 3 days now to burn them to CD, I keep getting this message. The atytempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (4310). How can I fix this? This is just another reason I hate iTunes and Apple products, by the way.

I had this same problem, installed new iTunes, checked media, got new discs, etc. Then found this helpful advice from Apple, which was to try burning with a different program. So I tried Windows Media Player. VOILA! Now I can burn away. Thanks, Apple.
