On my previous phone, there was a sound notification, when you were calling somebody, who is currently already talking on the other line. Therefore you knew, your call is waiting on the other line.
Is there a possibility to enable this on iPhone 5s?

It's called a busy signal... beyond that, no.
Something like that would be a carrier feature. With my carrier, you hear a beep at the end of the ring. Not sure why it matters. If they don't answer, they don't answer. Does an indication of why really make any difference?
I don't understand though why this feature is not available on the phone, if it is available by the communication system.
In addition, why there's always a question of "why you need this". I wouldn't ask if I wouldn't find it helpful.

Because it's not something the phone can do. The carrier has to do it.
And, if you post on a public forum, expect people to ask questions and make comments. If you explained why it makes a difference, people might also be able to suggest alternatives. However, it seems you may just want to complain, not actually get help. In that case, this is the wrong venue.
