Why doesn't iTunes 11 support double click to minimize?

I have asked this question before, here and never had any satifactory answers from Apple why they made this change. Every other app in Mac OSX supports this.

Before any say that you can use Command M to do the same thing it is not the same. It does not bring the window back. It breaks the GUI guidlines and is a real annoyance.

Please fix this Apple.
