My phone wont appear on my iTunes Library.

I have tried re-downloading iTunes, check the Apple Device System, check the USB chords, I have tried every solution out there. Please help.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.6

I have already tried all of the following:

1. Update iTunes

2. Check the USB cable

3. Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed

4. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service

5. Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed

6. Check for third-party software conflicts
