Is it possible to set up cloud bookmarks without iCloud on my iDevices?

My family all share an Apple ID and my father has all of the iCloud settings to himself. Recently I started using an xtra account as a form of cloud calendar and was wondering if I could do the same thing for my settings and/or bookmarks for Safari?

Right now all of my devices are running Google Chrome and I'd prefer to run Safari as I'm pro-Apple.
