For the past several months a document I had printed keeps coming up to be printed at random times while using Safari. The document is not even on my HDD any longer. If I choose "print" the page will print, if I choose cancel it goes away only to return at a later time. I'm running Mavericks 10.9.2 and Safari 7.0.3. Is there anyway to get rid of this phantom file?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
and confirm. Test.
Hi Link, thanks for the suggestion, I tried it and it doesn't work. The problem seems to be specific to one website. I've tried deleting that website then reinstalling it, but the darn file still tries to print at random times.
Any other suggestions are welcome.
Scratch my comment that the problem is site specific. This is frustrating!
Delete the printer in the Printers & Scanners preference pane and add it back.
