Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I forgot my passcode and had my iPhone 5 disabled. I now remember the correct one. Is there still hope for me to open my phone again?

I attempted more than 10 times. I experienced the 1 minute intervals, 5 minutes even up to 1 hour. It's been 23 hours since I last guessed what the password is and I am just hoping if there is still another chance for me to put in the right password instead of resorting to restoring my iPhone, which would delete all recent photos due to my inability to sync it on a regular basis. "iPhone is disbaled" is the only thing that appears on the screen. Not any number of minutes.. By the way, I'm using iOS 7. I really hope I could retrieve everything in my phone. 😟 thank you!

iPhone 5, iOS 7

no it is too late you now need to follow this:

LOST PASSCODE

You should be able to remove the passcode by restoring the device. Do the following:

Connect the device to the computer to which you normally sync;

Open iTunes (Note: If iTunes prompts you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes" in http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212 )

Right-click the device in the left column of iTunes and select Back up (read this article on how to restore http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766)

When the backup is complete, select Restore

When finished, restore from your most recent backup

To restore read the restore section in this article http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766

If that doesn’t work you will need to perform a factory restore to remove it.
