The case of the mystery duplicate iBooks

I have two iBooks I made. Put them in Dropbox. Used iPad to open them from Dropbox into iBooks. Book A opens fine. When I try to open Book B, I get Book A instead. So I deleted both and started first with book B. Dropbox then iBooks... Book B opened fine and Book A opened up Book B. What gives???

iBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

I just solved the problem. I had to save one iBook as a template and then save it again. The two iBooks had the same secret ID code since one was made from a copy of the other. Yay!
