New iPhone 5c, restored from backup of my iPhone 4, asking for unattached AppleID (my wife's)

Every setting on the phone has my apple ID stamped on it firmly.

Trying to update apps I have on MY phone (which I picked up earlier today), she doesn't have on her phone...

yet, regardless of the association of my phone with my appleID in every setting I can find...

it's asking me for HER id to update the apps.

Very confused.
