Ipad says it's disabled
When I turn on my Ipad, after downloading an update, the Ipad tells me it's disabled and that I should connect to Itunes. How do I do that? Do i have to do that on a computer? Looking for help.

Yes, you have to do that on a computer.
Use the current iTunes on a computer (version 11.1.5). Make sure it's your personal copy of iTunes, or you will have sync issues. This would influence, for example, music and apps.
