Home button broken

I have a iphone5, and my home button is slightly broken. It is loose and I am able to spin the button circle around. Also when I push down on the home Button, the button sinks in deeply into the phone. I am quite concerned of what else could happen to the button. I haven't had this phone for a year yet, am I able to send it to Apple and will they be able to repair it?
