My volume button doesn't work

My volume buttons don't work . I am able to control the volume only with headphones or the control center. What is wrong with the volume buttons on my iPhone 4s IOS 7.1 ?

yes there has been many bugs with the new 7.1 update. dont worry they will update again. i hope this helped.

Thank you for you answer.
I thought my old headphones dead on iPhone 4. Volume works on iPhone when press buttons and in control center, but when I press on headphones volume dosent work. Also don't work Voice Control when press on headphones and hold this button.
