I keep getting a message saying, " the ipad software update server could not be contacted. Unknown error occured (-23). What can I do?
I'm trying to restore my ipad, we forgot the passcode. I get into iTunes, and click on the update and restore button. After a minute I get a message that says, "the ipad software update server could not contacted. Unknown error occured (-23). What can I do?
