Hi, My Itunes 11.1.5 (running on Windows 7) is stalling in getting to, and interacting with the I-tunes store.I've reloaded I-tunes, scanned for viruses. Sometimes, I can't even get to the I-tunes store, sometimes it freezes during a download. at best

My I-tunes 11.1.5 (running on windows 7) is stalling in getting to, and in allowing me to interact with the I-Tunes Stoes. Sometimes it jams /freezes in just getting to the store, and sometimes it will allow me to get to the store.... but then freezes when I attempt to purchase a song. At best (rarely) it will allow me to download a few songs before it freezes permanently. When it does freeze, it's permanent, and I basically have to force shut-down the system. It refuses too, to acknowledge, link with, or sync to my Iphone 5 which it previously had no problem with. The only recent software installed on the computer is Check-Point End Point security (for accessing my office computer remotely), but the I-tunes problem occurs when the Check-Point is fully shut-down (Client disabled).

Would appreciate any help[.
