Dead iPad???

I am really having some problem with my iPad. First of all my iPad 4 is already four years old. Almost a week ago something happen nasty within my Ipad:

I plugged my charger into my iPad and turned it off. I let it charged the whole night

In the next day I got my iPad 4 and all of a sudden it appears to have the red bar battery symbol indicating it's low batt., how come I charged it overnight???

Then the red bar battery disappears and few seconds later apple logo appears. Then it disappears and won't let it turned on.

The cycle repeats and repeats: red bar battery>disappears>apple logo>disappears>red bar battery>disappears>apple logo...................... and again and again

Anyone help me??

My device is: iPad 4th Generation (WIFI)

64 GB

IOS version is: IOS 7.1
