How can I get rid of clkmon.com pop-up ads on my laptop?

I don't know how I got this stupid malware installed on my laptop, but I can't find anything only about how to get rid of it. I'm currently running SnowLeopard 10.6.8. If anybody knows, I could really use the help because these pop-up ads are driving me crazy!!! Thanks.
