Apr 6, 2014 5:00 AM in response to snozdopby JOh02,Im changing my phone contract. So need to add new sim card to old iphone & obviously keep the phone contacts & not loose them! So If I place new sim card in the iphone will the contacts still be there?

If it is not a new iPhone you are getting, you'll have to sync the old iPhone to the contact manager on your computer, and then sync the new phone to the same contact manager.
A SIM card cannot store all the contact information that an iPhone can.
if you are keeping the same iPhone, just change the SIM. Changing the SIM does not delete any content.
