My iPod doesn't let me create contacts

All my contacts don't exist any more and i can't sync with iCloud or create new contact. Even after restoring it gives me the same problem 😠. Help me please!! 😢

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.6

If you go to Settings>iCoud are you signed in and is Contacts turned ON?

If you go to icloud.com and sign are contacts shown in Contacts

On icloud.com my contacts exist but when i try to sync the contacts in my iPod i get the Apple logo on my screen and the contacts aren't sync. What should i do?

Have you tried:

- Delete the iCloud account from the iPod. Go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the Delete button. The account is not deleted from iCloud, just from the iPod

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Sign back into iCloud 0n the iPod Settings>iCloud
